Leadership workshops are designed to teach the 4C's framework to not only businesses but also everyone who is interested. The workshop follows our core values of people first always and helps the participants get a full understanding of how they should lead going into a new future. The workshop also helps non leaders prepare for advancement, and to know thier worth when they get out in the leadership world. These workshops offer a mix of both instructional videos and powerpoints, along with group participation and hands on scnerio's.
These workshops are designed to handle anywhere from 1-200 people and will be done in person. So if you have ever been trying to enhance your leadership skills, or developing a new mind set going into the business for the first time, then this workshop is for you.
Financial Analysis Workshop
This financial workshops is designed to provide professional insights on the financial analysis parts of the business. Our financial consultant will discuss what financial analysis is, why it is importent, and how being accurate with the data can make a difference in the organization both with cash on hand and long term success.
The workshop covers many different topics and will allow for questions, discussions, and feedback throughout.

The 4 C's in finances Workshop
This financial workshop is different then the other. The 4C's in financial management is designed to teach financial professionals how to imcorporate our framework into everyday money decisions. This workshop will be very hands on and participation heavy. Many scnerios will be given and members will be asked to get into groups to discuss outcomes, and then switch sides of the discussion to see it from a new perspective. Finally they will all form one big group and decide together how they as a workshop faired with making financial decisions with a people focused mind first.
