Leadership Development
Our leadership development program is design with people first. Using our core framework the 4C's of sustianable leadership we train and coach both leaders and members of the team on how to be sustainable leaders. Sessions are broken down into 5 different courses (1 course for each C). Courses run from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on which package is selected. Our leadership development services also include new hire training. Can be chosen as a single one time service, or on monthly retainer.
Management Solutions
Management solutions is our take on the standard operational risk management. However we do the risk management differently then other consulting firms. We focus on the people involved in the operation rather than the tools and products the operation produces. This service is designed to assess both leaders and team members and over all workflow to create a report and recommend action course to make the operations more sustainable. This is tiered into 3 packages and is also offered as a per project or per month option.
Strategic Team Building
IntegriLead's version of project management. As like all of our services our project management is design for the people on the team. We focus of putting the Right person on the Right project, at the Right time. (the three Rights). We create an action plan that puts people in the best position to not only succeed for themselves but to accomplish the goal of the project. We analyze the work flow, learn about team strengths and utilize those strengths for the project. Per project or monthly retainer available
Financial Management
Our financial management services are very to the point. we perform both a risk assessment and gap analysis for your organization. We create a budget based on the data found to prevent gaps from re appearing, and to avoid future risks. We also offer executive level reporting which includes a in depth forecast both for the short term and the long term. We focus on the people first methods here as well. Offered as a one time service or monthly retainer.
Workshops
Our company offers two different workshops currently with more in the works. The first workshop is our leadership development workshop. This is a very detailed learning and development workshop designed to teach the class about the 4C's framework. We take our class for a ride on how the framework was created, why we feel the framework is important for the future of leadership, how each C can make a business more sustainable as leaders, and how 4C's leaders can use what they learn to become industry success stories. our second workshop is our 4C's in financial management course. This workshop is designed to teach the learners how to incorporate the 4C's into everyday financial decisions. similar to the leadership workshop we break down how each C is relevent to financial management and how using these methods in decisions can impact positive revenue outcomes.
Our workshops are between 45 minutes and 2 and half hours long depending on size of workshop. Our workshops will be a good mix of learning, listening, group activities, self-assessments and grading. Our workshop courses are priced below market, and we do that on purpose.
Virtual Leadership Coaching
(COMING SOON)
these are in the works. The virtual leadership coaching will be more than just lessons on leadership. It will be an entire network of virtual coaching sessions for all of our services offered. The space will be designed to handle smaller groups for mini workshops, one on one coaching, new hire training, and so much more. The goal is for the virtual learning space to be hands on for the clients to use and train on the fly without the need for appointments.
